Weddingkart uses a pay-per-wedding model — there is no monthly subscription. Each wedding requires its own purchase. You choose the plan that fits the wedding’s needs, pay once, and the features are available for that wedding immediately.

Free

Every feature is available to explore with no credit card required. You can add guests, create events, set up RSVPs, and test the full platform. The only limitation: you cannot send messages to more than 3 guests at a time.

Basic — ₹4,999 + 18% GST per wedding

Best for weddings that are just a few days away and only need WhatsApp messaging. Includes:
  • 1,000 WhatsApp messages
  • Two-way chat with guests
  • Multiple team members
Does not include: RSVP collection, travel ticket collection, ID card collection, Google Sheets sync.

Standard — ₹8,499 + 18% GST per wedding

Best for most weddings where you need to manage the full guest lifecycle. Includes everything in Basic, plus:
  • 4,500 WhatsApp messages
  • WhatsApp-based RSVP
  • ID card collection
  • Travel ticket collection
  • Google Sheets sync
  • Guest attributes

Enterprise

For agencies managing 10 or more weddings. Includes volume discounts, priority support, and custom integrations. Contact Weddingkart for a quote.

How credits work

WhatsApp messages are sent using credits. The number of credits consumed per message depends on the guest’s country:
  • Indian guests: 1 credit = 1 message
  • International guests: credits per message vary by country, based on WhatsApp’s per-country pricing
Credits are tied to the specific wedding they were purchased for. You cannot transfer credits from one wedding to another. If you run out of credits mid-wedding, you can purchase additional message packs at any time from the app — no plan upgrade required.

Making a payment

Navigate to Payments

Open the Weddingkart app and go to the Payments section for the wedding.

Select your plan

Choose either Basic or Standard based on what the wedding requires.

Review the total

Confirm the amount before paying. For example: Standard at ₹8,499 + 18% GST = ₹10,029 total.

Tap Pay Now

Tap the Pay Now button to proceed to payment.

Complete payment

Pay via UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking.

Features unlock immediately

As soon as payment is confirmed, the message limit is lifted and all plan features become available for that wedding.

Purchase additional message packs directly from the app. You don’t need to upgrade your plan — just top up your credits and keep sending.
Yes. You can upgrade at any point during the wedding. RSVP collection, travel ticket collection, and ID card collection become available immediately after upgrading.
No. Pricing is per wedding, regardless of guest count. Whether you have 100 guests or 2,000, the plan price stays the same — only the message count matters.
There is no fixed time limit. The wedding remains active during the event period and for 10 days after the wedding date, after which it is archived.
No. Credits are tied to the specific wedding they were purchased for and cannot be transferred to another wedding.
