Who is the Basic plan for?
Basic is for weddings that are just days away and you only need to send WhatsApp messages — invites, venue directions, or last-minute updates. It does not include RSVP collection, travel ticket collection, or ID card collection.
Who is the Standard plan for?
Standard is for most weddings. It includes everything: WhatsApp RSVPs, travel ticket collection, ID card collection, guest photo collection, guest attributes, and Google Sheet sync. It also unlocks voice AI agent calls and voice call broadcasts on a usage-based credit model. If your wedding is more than a week away and you want to manage the full guest lifecycle, this is the plan.
Is this a subscription?
No. It is a one-time payment per wedding. You pay once and use every feature of the plan for the full event — from the first invite to the last thank-you message.
What happens if I change my mind?
100% refund till 2 days before the wedding starts. No questions asked. After the wedding begins, refunds are handled case-by-case.
What if I run out of messages mid-wedding?
You can purchase additional message packs at any time from the app. No need to upgrade your plan — just top up and keep sending.

Is there a per-guest charge?
No. Pricing is per wedding, not per guest. Whether you have 100 or 2,000 guests, the plan price stays the same — only the message count matters.
Can I upgrade from Basic to Standard during a wedding?
Yes. You can upgrade at any point and the additional features (RSVP, travel tickets, ID cards, guest photo collection, and voice features) become available immediately for that wedding.
Are Voice AI agents and voice call broadcasts included in the plan price?
Access to both voice features is available on Standard and Enterprise, but the calling itself is usage-based. You top up credits and pay per connected minute or completed call; failed calls auto-refund. Think of the plan as unlocking the workflow, while call usage is billed separately.
