About Weddingkart
Wedding management software built for the people who actually run weddings.
The Problem
Professional wedding planners in India manage 300–2,000 guests per wedding across 3–7 events over multiple days. They coordinate with dozens of vendors, manage travel logistics, collect RSVPs, and keep families informed - all while running 5–10 weddings in parallel during peak season.
Before Weddingkart, this meant juggling WhatsApp groups, Excel sheets, Google Forms, and phone calls. Guest data was scattered. Messages were sent manually. RSVPs were tracked on paper. And when something went wrong at 11 PM the night before a ceremony, there was no single system to fall back on.
What We Built
Weddingkart is an all-in-one platform that lets event managers import guest lists, send WhatsApp announcements, collect RSVPs with one-tap buttons, track travel tickets via AI, and coordinate their team - from one dashboard, on mobile and web.
Guests don't need to download an app. Every interaction - RSVPs, travel ticket uploads, ID card collection - happens on WhatsApp, the app they already use every day.
By the Numbers
- 50,000+ guests managed through the platform
- 100+ weddings delivered across India
- Used by event managers in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Jaipur, Udaipur, and more
Built in India, for Indian Weddings
Indian weddings are unlike any other. Multi-day, multi-event, multi-city - with family dynamics, cultural traditions, and WhatsApp as the primary communication channel. Weddingkart is built from the ground up for this reality, not adapted from a Western wedding planning template.
