Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Weddingkart website (www.weddingkart.co), mobile apps, or web app (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Weddingkart is a wedding management platform for professional event managers. The Service includes guest list management, WhatsApp messaging, RSVP collection, travel coordination, team collaboration, and related tools.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service
  • One person or entity may not maintain more than one account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to send unsolicited or spam messages
  • Upload guest data without proper consent from the event organiser
  • Send messages that are abusive, threatening, or illegal
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
  • Use the Service for any purpose other than wedding and event management
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

5. WhatsApp Messaging

The Service uses the WhatsApp Business API to send messages on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring that you have proper consent to contact the guests in your list. Message delivery is subject to WhatsApp's terms and policies. We do not guarantee delivery of every message.

6. Payment and Pricing

  • Pricing is per wedding, as displayed on the pricing page
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude 18% GST unless stated otherwise
  • Payments are non-refundable once WhatsApp messages have been sent
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the guest data you upload and must ensure you have the right to share that information with us for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, content, and branding, is owned by Weddingkart. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written consent. Content you upload (guest lists, messages) remains your property.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
