Delete Your Account

If you would like to permanently delete your Weddingkart account and all associated data, you can do so by following the steps below.

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: From the App

1. Open the Weddingkart app on your phone.
2. Go to Settings (tap the menu icon in the top-left corner).
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Option 2: Via Email or WhatsApp

Send a request to delete your account using one of the methods below. Include the phone number registered with your Weddingkart account so we can locate it.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your account profile (name, phone number, email)
• All weddings created by you
• Guest lists, groups, and contact details
• RSVP responses and guest communication history
• Saved timelines, checklists, and budget estimates
• Any uploaded files (travel tickets, ID cards)

Important Notes

• Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once processed, your data cannot be recovered.
• If you have an active wedding with upcoming messages, those scheduled messages will be cancelled upon deletion.
• Deletion requests via email or WhatsApp are processed within 48 hours.
• Deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund for any purchased message packs.
