Yes, per link. Turn on approval for a link and every new join request waits in a queue with the guest's name attached - you approve or decline from the dashboard. Someone you've already added manually is never held up by this; the approval gate only applies to people the link is meeting for the first time. Leave approval off for a link you fully trust (like one printed only for close family) and joins go straight through.

Turn the link off and back on any time - a printed QR code keeps working the moment you re-enable it, nothing to reprint. If a link is genuinely compromised, revoke it instead: Weddingkart mints a fresh link and QR code for the same audience immediately, and the old one stops working for good. Every wedding also has a self-enrollment cap (1,000 joins by default) and rate-limiting on how fast one number can trigger joins, so a leaked link can’t quietly flood your guest list before you notice.
